Check-in was smooth and  was graciously given a room even though we were early. The room was well equipped with a kitchenette and a washing machine. Do go up to Level 6 for a good view of the city.  Convenient location! The hotel is in the Fitzroy area. Walk out of the entrance, turn left and turn left will lead you to a busy street with eateries and supermarkets. There is a bus stop for Bus 86 that will take you into the heart of town in 20min.

Such a beautiful place to stay, kind staff, and very comfortable/luxurious hotel room. The staff were so helpful when checking us in and out. The room was immaculate and we were shocked with how well equipped the room was (oven, dishwasher, washing machine). Very comfortable stay and well worth the money. This will be our go to place in the future.

酒店很新，設施不錯，頂樓有泳池。居然每間房配了洗衣機。位置方便，很適合逛Fitzroy區，周圍飯店很多。

This hotel is in an excellent location for those wanting to explore Collingwood and Fitzroy. Customer service could definitely be better sadly. Two staff members across our stay weren't very welcoming and quick to forget simple requests such as extra towels for the pool. The pool view is amazing, but pool is not heated, so keep that in mind if you hope to use it. The pool area is also really in need of a clean. All the lounge area cushions and bean bags need a clean- quite smelly from other people's sweat etc. And pool tiles felt grimy. The room was a great size with good facilities, but the room already has wear and tear and grout and shower needs attention. Bathroom really felt superficially clean. For the price we booked, it is good value.
